 Our middle school retreat is November 4-6 at Covenant Cedars Bible Camp! During the weekend we will be learning how a fire is like our spiritual life. Just as we have to feed fuel into a fire to keep it burning, so we have to feed our “spiritual fire.” A neglected spiritual life, just as a neglected bonfire, will grow cold over time. What lessons do you suppose you will learn about your faith from keeping a fire burning overnight and through the day? Your team will need to figure out how to get your fire started and once it is started how to nurture it to keep it going. You should also know that the things you do during the weekend will either give you more fuel, or your fire will be doused with water. What things do you think will cause your fire to grow? What things will douse it? Those are questions your team will need to figure out this weekend in order to keep your fire burning bright. Early Bird registration Deadline: (includes a T-Shirt!!)
